Believe In The Impossible - You're More Than a Statistic
There is a statistic for everything and 99% percent of the time these stats are right. If you search any industry or field and google the probability of success then you going to be greatly disheartened. Whether you want to be a successful actor, sports star, entertainer, writer or entrepreneur - you're going to go through the ringer and the stats are mounted against you. The beginning is an uphill climb because you cannot imagine even how much further you have to go and whether you'll ever see the summit. -
Modern Author = A Digital Marketing expert & Talented Writer
Long gone are the days, where writer's could recluse and solely focus on writing. Nowadays, in order to succeed as an author you have to maintain a well oiled digital marketing machine. This is probably why we see significantly less classic material being produced. No more Robinson Crusoe. The world has gone deep into fast consuming commercialism and short term monetization. It's not enough that the author is an extremely talented writer but he/she must be a digital media expert as well. What are the chances of that happening?
